Deborah Freeman-Watt
Deborah is the founder of Elara Consultancy and an MRICS-qualified real estate executive with 30 years’ experience leading and advising on complex, mixed-use estates and regeneration projects across the UK and Europe. Her expertise spans investment, development, and asset management, with a focus on shaping long-term campus strategies, delivering major capital programmes, and revitalising underperforming assets.
She has held senior executive roles at Land Securities Plc, Knight Frank, and The Grosvenor Estate, and served on boards including MediaCityUK, Crown Estate Scotland, and Neo Capital. Her work combines strategic clarity, commercial rigour, and calm leadership in complex stakeholder environments, integrating sustainability, ESG, and long-term value creation across the real estate lifecycle.
Fluent in French and Spanish, she brings an international perspective alongside deep operational and advisory expertise.
