Deborah Freeman-Watt MRICS

Deborah brings more than 30 years of executive and board experience in international real estate investment, major regeneration and business leadership.
She has held senior roles at Landsec, Knight Frank and Grosvenor, with a career spanning the UK, Europe, the Middle East and North America. She serves on the boards of Crown Estate Scotland and the Old Trafford development corporation, helping shape the wider district’s transformation around Manchester United’s proposed stadium redevelopment.
Her advisory portfolio includes international architecture, urbanism and professional services firms, alongside the Scottish Event Campus and the University of Lincoln. Her work also encompasses science, innovation and advanced manufacturing in Cambridge.
Deborah combines commercial judgement and independent thinking with practical experience of strengthening governance, growing businesses and building lasting client relationships and partnerships. She is fluent in French and Spanish.
She founded Elara to provide advice shaped around each client’s priorities, personally led and supported by a trusted network of specialists selected for each assignment.
